Unfortunately, the situation made that there was no access to the Exchange Server’s as the password was lost, the desktops and laptop devices were no longer updated and the security level was becoming critically low. A specialised IT Hub engineer in Microsoft servers bypassed the security to grant full access to the server and all relevant infrastructure. All systems were backed up and updated. A new cloud-based server solution was implemented, eliminating the need for a legacy server, monthly maintenance costs, and all associated risks.
